                         EVSU Charter Week Celebration 

Charter Week is one of the most meaningful celebrations in every school because it honors the history, progress, and achievements of the institution. At Eastern Visayas State University, this event was not only a time to look back and appreciate the hard work of our leaders and teachers but also an opportunity to recognize the talents of students. With shorter class schedules, we were able to balance academics while joining the programs, competitions, and booth activities prepared by different organizations. Witnessing the performances and creativity of my fellow EVSUnistas made me proud to be part of such a talented community.

As a future educator, I see the importance of celebrations like Charter Week because they strengthen unity, pride, and appreciation within the school community. These events allow students, teachers, and staff to come together, creating a sense of belongingness that inspires us to contribute in our own ways. In my future teaching career, I would support activities like this not only because they are enjoyable and memorable but also because they play a vital role in building school spirit and fostering a supportive learning environment.

They guide both the teacher and the students toward the intended learning outcomes. Example : “At the end of the lesson, students will be able to identify and explain the parts of a plant.” 2.
